These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.njapexbeam.com and the supply of goods and services by Nanjing Apexbeam Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. ("ApexBeam").

1. Use of this website

Content on this website is provided for general information about our products and services. You may view, download and print pages for your own business use. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute our content, specifications, drawings or calculations without written permission.

2. Technical information

Product specifications published on this website are standard configuration ranges for preliminary selection only. They are not an offer or a guaranteed capacity for any specific installation. Final values — load ratings, dimensions, deflection limits, anchorage and seismic requirements — are confirmed by engineered calculation and drawings prepared for each project. Do not rely on website ranges for design or procurement decisions without a project-specific calculation from us.

3. Quotations and contracts

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. No contract exists until both parties have signed a written order confirmation or contract specifying scope, price, delivery terms and schedule. Prices are typically quoted FOB or CIF and are subject to steel price and freight market movement unless a fixed validity period is agreed.

4. Delivery and lead time

Standard products typically ship 20-30 days after order confirmation. Lead times for automated systems and rack-supported buildings are longer and are confirmed per project. Delivery dates depend on receipt of approved drawings, deposit payment and site readiness.

5. Installation and site responsibility

We supply installation drawings and manuals with every order, and can provide on-site installation supervision. Unless a full installation service is expressly agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for: floor slab condition and flatness, floor anchors and fixings, site access, health and safety compliance during installation, and final inspection. Load-notice signage is supplied and must remain displayed on the installed system.

6. Warranty and liability

We warrant that goods conform to the agreed specification and are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Warranty terms, duration and exclusions are stated in the order confirmation or contract. We are not liable for damage caused by overload beyond the rated capacity, impact from handling equipment, unauthorised modification or repair, incorrect installation, or inadequate floor conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

Drawings, calculations, layouts, content and the ApexBeam brand remain our property or that of our licensors. Project drawings are licensed to the buyer for the project they were prepared for and may not be reused for other projects or shared with third parties for competitive quotation without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, unless a different governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism is agreed in writing in the order confirmation.
